The Raptors are finally playing Dwane Casey’s kind of basketball.

Toronto has gone under the NBA betting total in 5 straight games after opening the season with a pair of high-scoring contests. In the Raptors’ last two games, they’ve gone under the total by a combined 37 points.

Those two games were both losses in which the Raptors averaged just 82.5 points, so maybe they’ll look to push the pace a bit Tuesday against the Knicks.

But it’s still worth noting that the team ranks fifth in the NBA in points against (95.1), third in field goal percentage allowed (41%) and third in rebounding (40.6).

The total was set at 196 for Tuesday’s game against the Knicks, and the Raptors are 8-point favourites.
