CFL Betting Preview For Friday, November 7

Two games in CFL betting action tonight on TSN. Here’s a quick look at each matchup:

Redblacks at Argos (TSN, 7 pm eastern)

The Argos have plenty to play for in this one, needing a win in their regular-season finale to keep their playoff hopes alive.

Argos QB Ricky Ray was knocked out of Toronto’s last game, a 17-14 loss in Montreal Sunday, with concussion symptoms, so you’ll want to check on his status before you make a bet.

You know Ottawa (2-15) would love to conclude a difficult season by spoiling their East Division rivals’ playoff hopes.

And don’t forget one of the Redblacks’ two wins this year came against the Argos, 18-17 July 18 in the only meeting between the teams this season.

Stampeders at Lions (TSN, 10 pm eastern)

Line: Lions -1.5, O/U 46

Calgary (14-3) has already clinched home field advantage throughout the West Division playoffs.

The Stampeders will also be without star running back Jon Cornish (concussion).

BC (9-8) is guaranteed a playoff appearance as well, but hopes to avoid finishing fourth in the West and having to play a crossover game with the Tiger-Cats or Argos.

The teams have split two previous meetings this season, both in Calgary, with the Lions winning 25-24 Aug. 1 and the Stamps prevailing 14-7 Sept. 27.
